Legal Services
Ms. HERNANDEZ supports a clientele of investors, SMEs, and entrepreneurs operating internationally, particularly in Mexico and France.
French and International Business Law
I support businesses in managing their economic activities. My goal is to provide strategic legal advice to secure and optimize their projects and commercial transactions, particularly in Mexico and France.
International Trade Law
I advise my clients on the legal aspects of international trade, ensuring that their transactions comply with both international and domestic regulations. My expertise covers commercial contracts, cross-border disputes, and compliance with international treaties and local laws.
International Litigation – International Arbitration
International litigation involves disputes between parties located in different countries. My expertise in this field enables me to represent and defend my clients’ interests before foreign courts and international tribunals.
I have recognized expertise in international arbitration, including both investment and commercial arbitration (ICC, LCIA, ICSID, UNCITRAL*). I have represented companies, states, and public entities in disputes related to mining, energy, and infrastructure projects in Europe, Africa, and Latin America.
Business Negotiation and Mediation
Alternative dispute resolution can help avoid lengthy court proceedings. Commercial interests are often better served by preserving a business relationship.
Mediation is a voluntary and confidential process in which an impartial third party helps the parties communicate and negotiate to reach a mutually acceptable agreement.
I assist my clients in conducting direct negotiations or institutional mediation proceedings. I help them navigate the mediation process with a creative strategy, while safeguarding their interests throughout.
Conflict Prevention
I intervene upstream of the litigation phase to prevent conflicts during the execution of a project or contract. I assist my clients in drafting their contracts, notably by including dispute resolution clauses best suited to their business activities.

How are fees determined?
Fees are established in full transparency with my clients, depending on the nature and complexity of the case and the time spent handling it. In accordance with the ethical rules of the legal profession, fees will be subject to a quotation, submitted for the client’s approval. A fee agreement will be drawn up with the client in order to formalize the proposed service as well as the chosen method of remuneration, which may take one of the following forms:
Hourly fees
Fees are calculated on the basis of an hourly rate agreed with the client, taking into account the issues and complexity of the case.
Flat fees
This method of remuneration is proposed when the time required for the case can be determined.
Success fees
An additional fee, based on achieving a specific result for the client, may be added to a flat fee or an hourly quota. This additional fee will be expressly provided for in the fee agreement signed with the client.
